My private practice offers a variety of psychological services with expertise in the assessment and treatment of anxiety, depression, and women's behavioral health. Using techniques from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), my approach focuses on helping people to engage more fully in their lives. This process involves learning how to relate differently to thoughts and feelings while also focusing on meaningful action. The strategies and skills learned serve as a resource long after treatment is concluded. The support of the therapeutic relationship helps people face their current challenges and remove barriers getting in the way of greater health and well-being. I welcome the opportunity to work with you towards reaching your goals.
